The District Educational Improvement Committee shall assist the Superintendent with the annual development, evaluation, and revision of the District improvement plan. The membership of the committee includes teachers, non-teaching professional staff members, parents, community and business representatives. The committee serves in an advisory capacity and assists in conducting an annual needs assessment. Based on the findings in the needs assessment process, the committee formulates appropriate goals and objectives designed to improvement the educational program for all students.
