New Student Enrollment During 2019-2020 School Closure

Click this link and select the school your student will attend. This opens the forms to be completed for enrollment.

All forms must be completed and submitted once the schools are open. Only the first two pages of the Whitehouse ISD Registration Form will need to completed to register at this time.


Please scan and email the following documents to


Whitehouse ISD Registration Form,
Enrolling parent/guardian’s driver’s license
Student’s social security card,
Student’s birth certificate.

Your student will be enrolled in the student management system.


Once schools are open, all forms must be completed and accompanied by documents listed on the website.
