2020 Parent Commitment Survey

In hopes of gathering important information prior to our Strong Start 2020 this Fall, we ask that one parent from each household complete the Parent Commitment Survey on or before August 5th. The survey can be found at the blue survey link towards the bottom of the page.

During the survey, you will be asked to select and commit to a preference between traditional face-to-face instruction versus at-home remote instruction for each of your children for the first nine weeks. Students of parents who commit to remote instruction at the beginning of the school year may not be allowed to return to an on-campus face-to-face setting until the end of the first 9-week grading period, October 22nd.
