Extra Texas Snap EBT Benefits

Families that qualify for the free and reduced meal program by income and other alternatives such as Foster, Migrant, SNAP (Food Assistance Program) should submit their meal application as soon as possible to qualify for Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) starting Summer 2021. The P-EBT is a benefit for families that are approved for the free and reduced meal program. Parents will be issued an EBT card (like a debit card), for the purchase of groceries for each student. More information regarding the P-EBT benefit will be provided to qualifying families when information is released by The Department of Human Services.

Visit https://www.schoolcafe.com/WHITEHOUSEISD to apply for the free or reduced meal program if you have not done so or contact the School Nutrition Office to request a meal application by mailed.  Meal applications will need to be turned in by Thursday, May 27, 2021.
